offering 80 – 100% bonds with the payment of a
20% deposit on the full price of the property. We
have a competitive fixed interest rate of 10%, over
an agreed 2- 25 year period. You cannot beat this

Affordability For most people, while they may be able to afford
the agreed monthly installments, the initial 20%
deposit might be beyond their reach. We feel that this
should not be a hindrance to property ownership. To
