Tawona Kayise Mandishona, BSc MSc MRICS, is a chartered surveyor and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in the United Kingdom. Tawona qualified as a quantity surveyor (BSc) in 2000 at Westminster University. Mandishona qualified as a land surveyor (MSc) in 2002 from the University of East London in the United Kingdom.

Tawona has pre and post contract experience as a senior project surveyor on several frameworks for clients mainly based in London UK, including Barclays Capital, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Stanley, House of Fraser, The Barbican Centre, and Government work such as prisons and schools.

More than 10 years working experience both in industry and professional practice, with 5 years being post-articles.
Professionally trained with Ernst & Young where he left as an Audit Manager. Has been Group Financial Analyst and Finance Manager for various companies and has done some Financial Consultancy work for renowned companies both locally and within the region.
Holds a first Degree in Accountancy and a BCompt Honors Degree both with UNISA, an Advanced Certificate in Auditing, a Banking Certificate and a Diploma in Biblical Studies amongst other qualifications.
Wyne is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and is currently studying towards his MBL with the School of Business Leadership (UNISA).

Has16 years of extensive service in the Property & Construction Industries serving in various capacities; Draughtsman, Architectural Technician, Site Supervisor , Project Manager, Property Portfolio Manager. Worked for 6 years as Project manager for the Innscor/ Exxon mobil consortium before moving to Native Investments Africa Group where he has been for the past 6 years working initially as Property Portfolio Manager then Chief Planner. This position involves the co-ordination and supervision of engineering consultants in Pinnacle projects from conception to completion, as well as strategy planning in Land acquisition.

Holds an NID, ND and HND in Architectural Technology, Computer Aided Design and Graphic Designing from the Harare Polytechnic & Harare School of Technology.

Has more than seven years experience in the property industry. A lecentiate member of the real estate institute (zimbabwe). A registered estate agent with the Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe. Holds a diploma in Valuation and Estate Management. Currently studying for a post granduate diploma in management for executives with the University of Zimbabwe

Has more than ten cumulative years experience in media and public relations. Has worked for several regional broadcasting companies including the Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation and South African Broadcasting Corporation. Also writes a column in the New African magazine. Holds a Master of Arts degree in International Journalism (MAIJ) from The City University in London.
